Membership Applications

Two types of membership are available:

• Membership runs from January 1 to December 31
• Individual Membership Dues are $50 per year
• Corporate Membership Dues are $225 per year (includes unlimited number of employees from your firm)

You can make application and pay your dues in one of two ways:

Register and Pay Online

You can click below on "Register Now" for Individual or Corporate Membership and complete the online questions for registration. If you are applying for an individual membership, you will process your payment on PayPal's secure server. A PayPal account is not required to pay with any credit card. If you are applying for a Corporate Membership, you will be invoiced upon submission of the registration information.

You can click below on "Download PDF" for Individual or Corporate Membership and print out the necessary form. You can make payment in any of the ways indicated on the form. Corporate memberships will be invoiced upon receipt of the forms. It is necessary to complete a separate form for each employee of the Corporate member in order for that member to enjoy the benefits of membership.
